Controller and contact
Pulwave is the controller for personal data processed through pulwave.com and its hosted workspace services. For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact Pulwave through the support channel provided in your workspace or at privacy@pulwave.com.
What we process
- Account data such as name, email address, authentication records, and security events.
- Workspace data that you or your organization submit while using Pulwave and ASAAS products.
- Operational data such as IP address, device and browser information, request logs, and error reports.
- Consent records and limited analytics, performance, and crawler signals when the relevant consent or legal basis permits them.
Purposes and providers
We use data to provide and authenticate the service, secure accounts, operate customer support, measure reliability and performance, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Pulwave uses infrastructure and service providers for hosting, database operations, email delivery, security, error monitoring, analytics, and search performance reporting. Providers receive only the data needed for their documented service and are bound by contractual and security controls.
Retention and transfers
We retain account and workspace data while the account or organization needs the service, then delete or anonymize it according to our deletion schedule and legal obligations. Security, audit, consent, and billing records may be retained longer where required for fraud prevention, disputes, or compliance. Providers may process data outside your country; where required, Pulwave uses appropriate transfer safeguards and documents the applicable mechanism.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and you may withdraw optional consent. You can use workspace security settings for available controls or contact us. We may need to verify identity and may retain information required by law.
Cookies and consent
Essential cookies and storage support authentication, security, and consent preferences. Optional analytics cookies or local storage are used only after analytics consent. Marketing consent is separate and does not authorize PostHog or other analytics processing. You can change optional preferences at any time through the consent controls exposed by the site.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, bounded retention, audit logging, and provider security controls appropriate to the service. No online service is risk-free; report suspected security issues privately through the support channel rather than publishing sensitive details.
