Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 July 2026. These terms are a product-facing draft and require legal review for the jurisdictions and commercial plans in which Pulwave operates.

What Pulwave provides

Pulwave is a software house building ASAAS, a set of vertical operating products for real estate, restaurants, sports, and other service businesses. The service provides the features, integrations, and workspace capabilities described in the applicable order, plan, or onboarding flow.

Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information, keep authentication factors confidential, and promptly report unauthorized access. Organizations are responsible for inviting users, assigning permissions, and ensuring that their instructions and workspace content are lawful.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pulwave to break the law, infringe rights, evade security controls, send abusive traffic, upload malicious code, or access data outside your authorization. We may restrict activity that threatens users, the service, or a provider while investigating and preserving relevant evidence.

Your content and data

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Pulwave the limited rights needed to host, secure, process, back up, and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the permissions and notices required for personal data, communications, and integrations you connect.

Third-party services and availability

Integrations are subject to the third party's terms and availability. Pulwave may change, suspend, or retire features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the product. Service-specific commitments, support targets, fees, renewal, and termination terms are governed by the applicable commercial agreement.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, or unlawful activity. On termination, access and deletion follow the applicable plan, order, and privacy obligations. Keep exports you need before the account closes.

Disclaimers and liability

Except for commitments expressly made in an applicable commercial agreement, Pulwave is provided as available and does not replace professional legal, financial, medical, safety, or operational advice. Liability limits, warranties, indemnities, governing law, and dispute procedures must be completed in the applicable legal agreement.
